African Woman Carrying a Pot on Her Head
The story

What holds a home together

In many villages, the clay pot carried on the head holds what a family needs to live: water, grain, the evening meal. The woman who carries it carries the home itself. Painted in deep copper and gold, she does it with ease and pride.

Bring her into your kitchen, your dining room, the heart of your house. She stands for the ones who keep everything running without asking for applause, and for the warmth of a home that is well looked after.
