At UMOJA Studio, every order is prepared with care and shipped to ensure a smooth, worry-free experience.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • North America: United States, Canada
  • Europe: United Kingdom
  • Africa: Ivory Coast, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal

Processing and Delivery Times

United States, Canada, and United Kingdom

  • Processing time: 1 to 4 business days after payment confirmation
  • Delivery time: 8 to 12 business days after shipment

Africa (Ivory Coast, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal)

  • Processing time: 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation
  • Delivery time: 10 to 15 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight and dimensions of the order, and the shipping method selected. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. UMOJA Studio has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Updates

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping notification with your tracking information.

Order Tracking

You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a shipping notification within 7 business days of your purchase (or 9 business days for orders shipped to Africa), please contact us at contact@umojastudio.fr.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with your local delivery service
  2. Inquire with neighbors or building management
  3. Verify the shipping address you provided at checkout

If non-receipt is confirmed, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@umojastudio.fr with photographs of the product and its original packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled only before shipment. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. For urgent requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
