Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it: unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@umojastudio.fr with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address along with detailed instructions.

Items shipped back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Processing and Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@umojastudio.fr with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and its packaging

We will review your case promptly and offer the most appropriate resolution, whether a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing details

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item once your return has been processed.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
