Where do you ship ?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Is shipping free ?

Shipping is free on orders over $75.
For orders below $75, shipping fees may apply depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

What are your processing and delivery times ?

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Where do your orders ship from ?

Our products ship from our partner fulfillment warehouses located in Asia and Germany. This allows us to offer curated pieces at competitive prices while maintaining reliable service.
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch.

How can I track my order ?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link to follow your delivery.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order ?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it ?

You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, the fulfillment process is usually underway, which can make modifications more difficult.

What if my package arrives damaged ?

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@umojastudio.fr and include clear photos of the packaging and the item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
